1. CulinArt provides catering services for events and gatherings. By using our services, you agree to be bound by our menu offerings, pricing, and policies. All orders must be placed in advance, and payment must be received in full prior to the event.
2. Prices are subject to change in case of modification in the menu or the minimum guarantee mentioned.
3. 20% VAT is levied on the bill.
4. Logistics Costs Includes cost for transportation, accommodation (if required), manpower and other miscellaneous charges.
6. 100% Advance Payment at the time of confirmation.
7. Payment can be made through our website using a credit or debit card. If paying by
check or bank transfer, payment must be received no later than 5 business days prior to
the event. If payment is not received, CulinArt reserves the right to cancel the
order.
8. Cancellations must be made no later than 7 business days prior to the event. If a cancellation is made after this time, a fee of 50% of the total order will be charged. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event, the full amount will be charged.
9. CulinArt reserves the right to make changes to the menu or services offered at any time. If changes are made, we will make every effort to notify you in advance.
10.CulinArt will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to release us from any claims or damages arising from the event.
11.All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CulinArt and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content on this website without written permission from CulinArt.
12.CulinArt reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of this website following any changes signifies your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms & Conditions.
13.These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CulinArt is located. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CulinArt is located.
